Thermal metal spraying is a process for applying metallic coatings by melting a wire feedstock (zinc, aluminium, copper, brass or bronze) and spraying it onto a previously blast-cleaned surface. The molten metal is atomised using compressed air and projected at high velocity, forming a continuous, well-bonded coating with outstanding corrosion resistance. This process is widely used for steel structures, industrial equipment, components exposed to aggressive environments, and applications requiring long-term anti-corrosion protection.

At METALIZAREAL, this process is carried out in a large-scale thermal spraying booth equipped with an industrial dust extraction system and designed to accommodate 4 metal spraying operators working simultaneously, ensuring high productivity and stringent quality control.
