The METALIZAREAL coating facility comprises a dedicated area of approximately 2,000 m², purpose-built for the application of industrial coating systems to structural steelwork, large fabricated components and equipment requiring demanding corrosion protection. The facility is equipped with a dry extraction system, ensuring effective particle control, process stability, and high standards of health, safety and environmental performance.

The operation incorporates a range of coating application technologies, allowing the most appropriate method to be selected according to the coating system and the specific requirements of each project:

– Airless spray equipment – designed for the application of high-viscosity coatings, anti-corrosion primers and high-solids coating systems, providing high productivity and uniform dry film thickness.

– Low-pressure spray equipment – used for high-quality finishing coats or products requiring precise and controlled application.

METALIZAREAL maintains a substantial permanent stock of industrial coatings, ensuring the immediate availability of primers, intermediate coats and finishing systems, including epoxy, polyurethane, acrylic and other specialist coatings specified in accordance with ISO 12944.

In addition, the company operates an external storage area of approximately 25,000 m², enabling the efficient handling and storage of large steel structures and industrial components before and after the coating process. This extensive space supports continuous workflow, efficient logistics and the capacity to deliver large-scale industrial projects within demanding schedules.
